After a another
scolding from Khushi, Arnav calls for Hari Prakash and informs him not to tell
Khushi everything that is happening at the house; including what he's saying
about her. Hari Prakash agrees and leaves Arnav to attend to his plants. As he
attends to his plants, Arnav reminds us how fond he is of them. Khushi on the
other hand thinks he likes plants because they neither talk back nor argue....which
he humourously agrees to (while at the same time warning HP not to tell Khushi
about that either). He then reminances on their Devi Maa vs Power/Money talk
they had they first time they met after the fashion show. Based on how he acted
then, he comes to the conclusion that Khushi began to call him "Laad
Governor" because he viewed himself as God and because he didn't believe
in God.
He acknowledges
that he and Khushi are opposite people. Khushi enjoys talking...all the time
while Arnav doesn't really talk that much. He admits he's trying to be better
at it...improvising and all.....but just seems to be failing. Just then, he
receives a call from Nani who scolds him again for forgetting his anniversary.
He ensures her he has a plan to pacify her.....take her to Lucknow where both
of them will open the locks on the mannats (wish) made three years ago. Only
one problem.....Arnav can't seem to remember where he put his key.
Arnav returns to
the living room and begins to reminisce on his and Khushi's first year as
husband and wife. How she would have an anniversary for everything little thing
that happened between them....the time he spoke nicely to her....the time he
wiped her tears, etc. Arnav isn't into all the little anniversary moments but
does indeed remember each and every moment. Especially the first time she made
him laugh.....by unknowingly applying besan batter on her face. He still can't
believe she couldn't figure out she had besan on her face but then again, she
is Khushi.
Arnav then begins
to go through the gifts Khushi's family has sent them......Buaji's famous besan
ladoos, sugar-free sweets for him, Khushi jalebi quota for the year (which in
Arnav's case she will complete that day) and multiple boxes of sweets from her
parents. We're also given a update on her father.....he's fully recovered from
his paralysis and his sweet shop in Lucknow is back up and running. Still
unable to find his "mannat" key, Arnav thinks about calling up
AnjaliDi; since she would most likely know where it is. Anjali too is doing
well, running an NGO for children. Khushi and Arnav visit often and Anjali makes
it a point to call him "Chotte" in front of the other children.
After a quick call
to Aman, Arnav sees the tickets to Lucknow on the table, along with his
"mannat" key. He's glad to have found it (mainly because he doesn't
need to call for help). He doesn't know what Khushi asked for but he does know
that Anjali asked for love in his life. Unexpectedly, that love happened to be
Khushi, a girl who was standing right in front of him the whole time. As he
looks at the ticket paper, he's taken aback and quickly makes a call looking
very tense.
The second webisode continues with the light humour and
reminiscing on Arnav's behalf. You can definitely see that since getting
married and living with Khushi, he's really lightened up (not so angry all the
time) but most definitely hasn't lost his snark. We're also treated to some
more updates about other members of the IPKKND family:
- Khushi's father has fully recovered from the paralysis
and is running his sweet shop again in Lucknow
- Anjali has also been busy, running an NGO for children
