EPISODE 31

Everyone is shocked at the video of Shagun and Ranjit together. Immediately, Kajal questions Shagun on her actions and wants to know why she would try to take her husband away from her. She then directs her anger to her husband, who she scolds and calls a "dog" for literally chasing after her sister. Stunned by their betrayal, she curses the both of them.  PP's mother is equally shocked too and at a point disgusted by what she's seen. She instantly breaks the marriage again, not wanting her son to marry someone whose aunt is such. Indrani is not pleased. She questions Shagun on what she's done but before she has a chance to reply, Indrani slaps her. She's disgusted by her sister's behaviour, knowing that it put both her respect and Chandni's marriage is jeopardy. She immediately asks Shagun to leave the house but when she doesn't, she drags her out herself. As Kajal retreats to her room crying, Advay approaches a shocked Chandni. He reminds Chandni that whatever he sets out to do, he does and congratulates her on her broken relationship.

When Advay returns to his room, he's met by Nani's scolding who is extremely disappointed in him. She understands that he's out for revenge but wants to know what he's achieved after ruining Chandni's marriage proposal. After all, she has two other sisters and this has put their future in jeopardy too. Advay refuses to listen to his grandmother and continues to blame Chandni for all the heartache he's had to receive. She told a lie about his mom being able to fly leading everyone to think she could do black magic. This one small lie cost his mother her life; something he's unable to forgive. Nani though warns him that he might be misunderstanding the situation and is afraid of him being wrong. Elsewhere in the house, Chandni is crying her heart out to her Mama, who tries to comfort her. She's heartbroken that despite everything, this relationship won't move forward and she's let her mother down. Her Mama reassures her that things will be okay and that PP perhaps wasn't written in her destiny. Chandni feels the same, as she's always believed Dev to be in her fate but he too is nowhere to be found.

In another part of the house, PP's mother is yelling her heart out to Indrani, insulting her and her family. After everything they've been through and every chance they've given them, they continue to be insulted. Having had enough taunting, Indrani shouts for it to stop. She reminds her of the deal they made; she gets a second wife for PP while Indrani gets 2 crores. She tells her to stay within her limits, accept the deal and quietly leave. All Indrani cares for is her money....nothing else.  We then see Shikha fixing a light bulb to a chandelier. Veer comes by to help her out and takes this as an opportunity to ask her out for coffee. Lights flicker and Shikha is shocked. He quickly takes the offer back and begins to walk away when Shikha sees this as an opportunity to prank him back. She accepts his offer, but for tea instead. Veer is pleased but he doesn't know that Shikha is out to get him.

Indrani and PP are confirming the deal they've made; a second wife for him while she gets 2 crores. He's quite upset that he hasn't received any intimate time with Chandni and it's starting to test his patience. Indrani reminds him that she gets scared of unknown people and places and emphasizes that this is Chandni's weakness. If he wants something, he should use this weakness to his advantage. At this point, he's being given permission to do whatever he pleases and is stunned (and praises) the ruthlessness of Indrani.
