EPISODE 14

Chandni chases after Advay to give him her answer however he decides to irritate her by ignoring her; either by leaving the room or reading the paper. As he walks into the kitchen, she tries to get her point across until again he tries to ignore her. As he walks out of the kitchen, she grabs his arm, which surprises him. At this point, she's had it with him and gives him a piece of her mind. She's been wanting to give him his answer but all he's done is avoid her. She then mocks him for his attitude and so called "hero style" entries, trying to think he's all that. What really surprises him is when she says his name..."Advay" instead of aap. When he points it out to her, she tries to apologize but then makes fun of her for being traditional and not saying her husband's name before marriage. He then begins taunting her on how desperate she is to marry him since she's following him around non-stop. Tired of his talk, she tries to leave the kitchen but now he grabs her arm and asks her to give him her answer. However, she is no longer in the mood to answer his question and instead tells him that he'll find out tonight. He's so confident that she'll say yes that he's hosted a dinner party so that she can say yes in front of her family. Chandni warns him not to be too confident but Advay is Advay.

Later that evening, Chandni and her sisters descend the stairs to join the dinner party and Advay is instantly mesmerized by her. She too catches his eye and almost trips, but is assisted by her sisters. With their support, she approaches him to reveal her answer. Before she can say anything, Advay recognizes that for her traditions mean a lot so he'll respect that. With that, he gets down on one knee and places a gold coin in her hand. He tells her this is her "shagun" offering before marriage, which usually occur when the grooms family gives something to the bride. He then lets her know that she now has all the time to give him her answer and walks away.

As everyone mingles, Indrani approaches Advay and lets him know that what Chandni just told her has her surprised. A lot has gone wrong in the last couple of days but since he's shown up, a lot of good has started to happen. She's been searching for a while for a good suitor for her daughter and she thinks she's finally found the one. Advay is shocked and confused; are things starting to fall into place for him? Indrani praises Chandni as a daughter and the fact that she's lucky to have her. She knows that Pratham will surely like her. Now this stuns Advay. In walks some new faces, Pratham and his mother. As Indrani greets them, Chandni approaches Advay, gets down on one knee and returns the gold coin to him. This was her answer to him. Check mate!

Now it's time to get to know the new faces. The suitor is Pratham Prajapati (or PP as he likes to go by). So far, he seems like a sweet guy, until he starts talking about how much things cost, from their car, to his suit to even his underwear. The guy is turning out to be a riot and Advay is absolutely amused at this; going as far as to ask Chandni where on earth she found this guy. Pratham notices Advay and wonders if he's a family member to which Advay replies "soon to be". Just then Shikha gets a call and excuses herself. Her friend Radha is really upset. Her engagement just broke off, all due to a useless prank. When Shikha watches the video, she recognizes Veer and promises to teach him a lesson.

At the dinner table, things go from awkward to more hilarious. Turns out, Mr. PP has his own set of cutlery he travels with, even being engraved "PP". As a gift, he offers Chandni a plate with her name on it (which is spelt wrong) and tells her that from now on, he'll call her his moonlight. At this point, Advay begins to play along and encourage some more hilarious antics from him. He's enjoying every minute of this and by the scoreboard, we say he's winning.
