They turn around to
find nobody there and still wonder who sent the note. Advay bumps into Chandni,
preventing her from falling down. She asks him to leave her house immediately
and he states that he came to see how she was doing after last night. She says
she's find and asks him to leave again. However, he taunts her asking her how
she knows that he didn't do anything wrong since she fainted in his arms.
Advay seems to be
staying at a nearby hotel/villa and is studying the picture of the notes and
realizes someone else knows the truth. A new guy, Murli, appears with food for
Advay and can predict his behaviour. Based on this, Murli seems to know Advay
pretty well. Advay is sure Chandni's family was involved in the events 16 years
ago but also wants to know who's blackmailing Indrani. When Murli asks him how
he is going to decipher this mystery, Advay says that he will target their
weakest link....Chandni. Since Chandni's lie about his mom "floating in
the air" began the destruction of his family, he will use her to enter the
family and then destroy each person one by one.
Back at the house,
Indrani is unable to arrange the funds for the upcoming feast for the priests. Unfortunately,
a lot of the money they did have went to paying off their henchmen, but this is
a matter of pride for her. She won't give anyone a reason to doubt her and vows
to arrange the funds somehow. Chandni overhearing this decides to help by
selling her bangles. As she goes to retrieve them, she's confronted by her
father. As she speaks to him, he remembers that he has a daughter named Chandni,
but before he can place his hand on her head, he forgets again. As she
ventures, she asks Shilpa to cover for her. Shilpa informs Advay of Chandni`s
movements and follows her to the market.
Chandni is
successful in selling her bangles but bumps into Advay again. He takes her
purse from her and asks her to do him one favour....meet him once on the roof
tomorrow. If not, he won`t let what she
wants happen. Back at home, the preparations for the feast are underway. Indrani
questions Chandni on where she got the money from and she`s honest with her
mother. She can`t see the respect for her mother be ruined and upon hearing
this, Indrani is super proud of her daughter. Meghan and Shikha also wish to
participate in helping out but Chandni promises she`s got this under control
