EPISODE 12
Without access to
the treasure that lies behind the temple, Shagun and Kajal are worried what
will happen to all of them, since they have no money and the house has already
been mortgaged. Indrani is confident she'll find a way out of this. She might
have lost out on the treasure but she isn't ready to throw in the towel just
yet. In the kitchen, the girls are chatting about what's next to come. As
Chandni washes some plates, she tosses them back for Meghna and Shikha to catch.
When she hears one of them drop on the floor, she turns around to see her
mother and Advay standing right there. The plate she threw hit Advay on the
forehead. Indrani apologizes for Chandni's behaviour and let's the girsl know
that Advay will be staying in the house from that day forward since he has
purchased the house. Chandni is shocked and even more upset when her mother
asks her to tend to Advay's cut.
She helps him tend
to his wound, telling him to get some rest. Just then, Advay grabs her hand tightly
and tells her that she must repay all the pain she's given. She's struggling to
get out of his grip, pleading with him to let her go. His response "if you
can give pain, you must be able to take it". Confused, she questions him
on what pain she's responsible for giving him. Before he can reply, her
sister's call for her and she leaves.
Veer and his
friends are up to their old pranks again and this time are able to record a
video successfully. As they watch the video of Shikha beating up one of the
guys, Veer's mother happens to see it too and is pleased at the girls reaction.
However, she also warns Veer about the videos he posts. She warns him to be
careful as even though he may think its a joke, it could have a bigger impact
on someone else's life and she doesn't want him to be responsible for anything
bad that might happen. After listening to his mom, he decides they shouldn't
post the video. It's too late....the video has already been uploaded. We'll see
how this turns out.
The family is
questioning Indrani on why Advay is staying at the house. She lets everyone
know that when she went to get a few more days extension on the load, Advay
showed up at the right time to 1) defend her and 2) pay off their loan. Based
on law, the house now belongs to him. Advay overhears the conversation and
assures everyone that they can all stay in the house; no one has to leave.
Chandni questions why he's doing all this, with Advay replying that his sole
purpose is for tradition. He informs them that he'll make other arrangements
for himself when he's stopped by Indrani (something he times out perfectly).
She declares that he'll stay at the house with the rest of the family, a way to
thank him for what he's done for them.
Upstairs, Shikha is
upset that Advay will be living with them. Meghna tries to calm her down but
she isn't having it. The two then get into an arguement, with Shikha stating
that anything a boy does he gets away with and it goes unpunished while Meghna
tries to explain that not every guy is a douche. Chandni steps in to help
resolve the issue but ends up causing Shikha to explain the real reason she's
upset. She still can't forget the vision of Chandni returning home after she
was kidnapped. It's been bothering her and it still rages a fire within her.
