EPISODE 11
Chandni and Indrani
return from the temple site to a puzzled crowd. Chandni declares that the doors
to the temple will open that day. If not by the sun, if not by the shadow
casted, then by the mantras....like it was always done. The priests agree with
her and she goes to get her father, who is the sole person who knows these
mantras. When she enters the room, she sees her father sitting with Advay, who
has just given him a glass of milk. Quickly, she snatches the glass from his
hand (preventing him from drinking it) and demands to know what Advay is doing
there. He tells her that he came to take her father's blessing. He ask's Yash
to bless him in his endevors.....whatever he has come to town for, those goals
are accomplished and he's able to repay the debt of his parents. Chandni
doesn't get a good feeling from him but Yash likes him, finding honesty in his
eyes. They make their way downstairs and all looks to be going well as the
family proceeds to leave the house. Suddenly, Yash passes out right at the
doorway. The family now definitely think this is another conspiracy and wonder
who else may have animosity against them. As Chandni overhears this, she's
reminded of Advay being in her father's room handing him a glass of milk. Turns
out, Advay did have something to do with this. As he sought Yash's blessings,
he pricked him in his foot with a needle, probably laced with a sleep medicine.
Chandni shows up at
Advay's room, suspecting his involvement. Unfortunately, she's in for a quite a
surprise as his room is super messy, with everything scattered practically
everywhere. She notices a draped curtain on the wall (one that's covering her
picture) and is about to look behind it when she hears footsteps. She quickly
hides beneath the bed, not wanting to be caught. Advay however finds her
relatively quickly as he sees her reflection in the mirror. He makes it a point
to her that she's been caught and asks her to come out carefully. Just then,
she bumps her head on the frame and he tells her to be careful as she's always
bumping into things. Upon these words, she remembers Dev saying the exact same
thing to her but Advay doesn't answer her question.
Veer and his
friends are at it again, trying to prank someone in the street. When they come
across Shikha, Veer warns against it but the guy doesn't listen. The prank
fails horribly, with Shikha beating up the guy in public in broad daylight. The
guys film the hilarious encounter while mocking their friend for getting beaten
up.
Advay inquires Chandni
about her visit to his room and she let's him know that she suspects him for
possibly drugging her father....even bringing the bottle of milk with her. He
thinks its a ridiculous concept but she's not backing down. When she points out
that she doesn't even know his know, he slowly approaches her and whispers
"Advay Singh Raizada" in her ear. He then takes the milk and drinks
it, proving it wasn't drugged. Unsure of what to do, she decides to leave the
room but not until she gets caught up in some of the mess laying around. He
helps her out, she fells a bit uneasy and immediately takes off. Advay, speaking to the camera, that winning the battle means being a few steps ahead of your opponent. To beat them, you must outsmart them first before taking them head on.
